It does not matter what we call the political system with which we live. It does not matter how we understand it. Take democracy for example- should it be understood as the absolute power of the majority, or as a power shared by all, in relation to their proportional strength? In any case, there is only one thing that really matters: what we need as human beings in order to live in harmony, united and not separated, working for a common good that goes beyond any particular personal interests.

We all have our own and specific part to play, but we are not alone. We are all part of this great orchestra called “humanity”. We need a conductor to unite us, to harmonize the sounds, to allow each of us to discover and follow our own pace and allow all those paces to become the “rhythm of the orchestra” so that together, we can offer the beauty of a symphony.

Without a conductor to regulate the pace, the result would only be chaos and confusion, resulting in an awful sound. Isn’t that what is happening right now? More or less everywhere on earth?

We need a conductor. A real one, a wise conductor. I don’t care what is his or her gender, the colour of his skin, his political path, his wealth, his age, the language he speaks or the colour of his passport. I just want him to be a great orchestra conductor. I want him to be a Philosopher above all.
